"Brooklynites who want an elected Borough President who will stop land grabs by eminent domain,
more green space, and economic development as if working families matter in an authentic
pro-children agenda can go to the polls with a clear conscience and vote Gloria Mattera. She is a
proven Green Party candidate (in 2003 she received a total of 20% of the vote and received more
votes than the Republican candidate who received 8%). Gloria Mattera is the wave of progressive
politics of the future. She has worked in healthcare propelled by humanintarian value systems, not
a corporate devalued system, and she wants efficient and safe healthcare for all and can outdebate
any of her competitors on this issue."

"Gloria has clear and visible plans for supporting the work of the people who keep our city
going and for improving our public schools. I don't see that clarity or commitment in any other
candidate"

put corporate greed ahead of community needs. It's time take back our borough, and Gloria Mattera
is the candidate that will get this done. She is natural born leader that has the progressive
vision, and the passion to truly make Brooklyn the greatest borough in New York City."
